NM Wadia Institute of Cardiology

The behavior with patients and their attendants is very bad. All the time they keep saying, “Pay money, pay money,” as if someone is going to run away. The accounts department is completely filled with people who behave like mafia-style recovery agents. Every single person in that department acts as if the patient and attendants are criminals. They constantly harass the attendants and create unnecessary pressure. The behavior is so bad and intimidating that no one would want to visit this place again. However, the doctors and nurses are very good, caring, and supportive. They are doing their job sincerely and deserve appreciation for their efforts.

I was admitted to Wadia Hospital last week for a pacemaker surgery, which was performed by the excellent Dr. Rahul Sawant Sir. He provided complete and accurate information about the entire procedure. All the doctors, the ICU and general ward nursing staff, and the support staff were extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. Special thanks to Yogesh Sir from the insurance department, who personally handled the insurance process very efficiently — truly the best support. I am very happy with the treatment received and highly recommend Wadia Hospital for cardiac-related issues. Thank you, Wadia Hospital!

•Jan 25 - Jan 30 (6 dayz) As per giude by Dr. Ritu Bhatia Mam, we admit our patient to N.M.W Hospital, due to lack of coughing, we thought it was heart problem, hope Heart was working well&fine, •In those 6 days Dr. had done several tests, after seeing her blood was 3.7g/dl, they gave her blood though at certain level it went down, To findout root cause Dr. Pratik R. Sethiya done Gastroscopy & found Ulser disease & told to take med lifetime. Finally she's ok and safe back to home🤗 First up all I'll like to thank to them who •Treat her well•gave time to time med•changing salines•changing dress•helping her to pee. also thanks to the tiffin maker, good food. •Receptionist lady •Cashless dept•Billing dept - behaviour was good. •Respect to the Sweepers •Satisfied with Parking with zero ₹0/- •Last but not least Thankyou Dr. Ritu Bhatiya Mam.

One of the best Cardiac hospital in the pune city. My father has done the Angiography Ad Angioplasty Un Mr. D.B. Gaware Sir 100%Genuine and true consultant Ever. Nice Experience with Gaware Sir Overall Staff is very Cooperative and Polite. Genuine to the Patients and their Relatives I would like to Appreciate. Underwent Angioplasty last week. Dr. Manoj Pradhan was my doctor. Dr. Duggal did Angioplasty. Team took care of me nicely. Total team was kind and attentive. Very good experience. Good Hospital.
