Jivodaya

We lost our grandmother after treatment at Jivodaya Hospital, and our experience was deeply distressing. The biggest issue was a complete lack of coordination among doctors. Different doctors came at different times, and there was no point where all treating doctors discussed her condition together or reconciled their plans. Communication with the family was poor and inconsistent. One doctor say something and other say altogether different things and we often received fragmented updates, while her condition kept worsening. In critical care, timing, teamwork, and coordination are everything and unfortunately, that was missing here. I am sharing this so other families remain cautious and insist on clear coordination and accountability in ICU care. No family should go through what we did.

Delivery experience at this hospital was deeply distressing. Doctors were unable to handle complications my wife was facing post delivery, still doctor was trying not to refer us anywhere. Hospital have no in- house facilities except pathology and x ray and roaming with my just operated wife in the city for Diagnostics and scans in ambulance. Later some junior doctor guided us to get admitted in some multi- speciality Hospital. Postpartum care was especially lacking. This made an already vulnerable period feel isolating. No parent should leave a hospital feeling unheard or emotionally harmed. I hope meaningful improvements are made to communication and postpartum care.

this hospital has been such a wonderful to me and my family , my brother had high fever for a week straight with channels of vomiting, the condition I bought him to this hospital and today when we left after 5 days is so much appreciated. the staff ,doctors everyone were so helpful and nice , experienced and dedicated. the hospital was also hygienic and clean which is a huge plus for me 👏🏻👏🏻

Honestly can't Thank the Entire team and staff any less, My 3 Nephews are born in Jivodaya Hospital, So we had Good Confidence. My Wife recently gave birth to our child in Jivodaya Hospital. The Entire Team of Doctors, Nurses, Lab assistant, Reception, Billing everyone were highly supportive and made sure timely and proper medical assistance is provided. Wholehearted Thank You to Entire Team of Jivodaya Hospital

One of the best hospital is Ashok vihar.. had a positive experience happy to hear that Jivodaya has started ICU services and now having C.G.H.S Panel. All the best to team Jivodaya..
