I had a very good experience at this hospital during my father’s treatment and surgery. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth, well-organized, and professional. We stayed in a single private room, which was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The nursing staff and support staff were very polite, helpful, and always available when needed. Special thanks to Dr. Arvinder Singh and Dr. Praffula for successfully performing the surgery. They explained everything clearly, gave us confidence, and took great care of my father. The surgery went well, and we are very satisfied with the treatment. The food quality was also very good. Meals were hygienic, tasty, and well-balanced. Special thanks to Rohit for preparing and managing the food so nicely. He made sure the food was fresh and served on time, which really helped in recovery and The house keeping was very good the staff came after every 1-2 hours for cleaning room and washrooms thanks to them also and the gda staff was also very supportive Overall, excellent service, great hospitality, caring staff, and very good medical support. I’m truly thankful to the entire team and highly recommend this hospital to others.

Papa had a high risk hernia surgery at Fortis. We had an excellent time at Fortis. Eternally grateful to the most competent surgeon ever - Dr Pankaj Sharma - we chose him after visiting a dozen surgeons across the best hospitals in NCR. Extremely knowledgeable, kind and reassuring he is ! Also I have absolutely no words to describe the exceptional services rendered by Ms Himani who in the truest sense made us feel “at home”. She ensured an excellent 24 hour management with doctors, nurses, surgeons, OT - from admission to discharge her monumental support made us go through our most difficult day with much ease. She is extremely exceptional, warm and reassuring. Papa’s surgery was a high risk one, but staff like Himani made it to be a dream treatment. In fact it was because of Himani that we chose Fortis over Gangaram and BL KAPUR where papa has been a regular patient. Thank You Himani, Thank You Fortis!

Delivered my baby boy here about a month back. The Obs & Gynae & OT department was fabulous and very punctual. The baby care team was very compassionate and nice. The infrastructure was promising and the corridors were very clean. They do offer Mamma Mia services including yoga, exercises, trainings, lamaze classes for child birth education and many more. Appreciation for Dr. Manishikha who handles each mom-to-be with such love and compassion. Many thanks to the highly skilled doctors, nursing staff and all the assisting staff for their utmost care. Got freebies like room decoration, baby photographs & 3D foot prints.. Yippiieee!! Sharing some lovely memories. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I got my mother's knee replacement done from fortis. The facilities were outstanding and specifically the Doctor Amite Pankaj Sir was very friendly and helpful. Food was very healthy and feels like home. Special thanks to food and beverage team members Bhupender negi ji, shyam bhandari and krishna sanwal. Our overall experience was very good.
