Today my mother visited Vinayak Hospital for a gynecology consultation with Dr. Harsha Jain. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and distressing. The doctor briefly glanced at the reports and did not properly review or explain them. There were still pending tests that needed to be done, but without completing or discussing those, we were abruptly told that the hospital could not treat her, that it would be very expensive, and that we should go to a government hospital. This was said without any confirmed diagnosis, proper explanation, or sensitivity. The manner in which the information was communicated caused unnecessary fear and emotional stress. When a patient and family are already anxious, it is extremely important for a doctor to communicate carefully, professionally, and compassionately—especially when serious conditions are being mentioned. No doctor should alarm a patient or their family without complete reports or a clear medical basis. If further tests or referrals are required, they should be explained properly and respectfully. I sincerely hope the hospital management looks into this matter and ensures that doctors handle patients with more empathy, professionalism, and responsibility. Such behavior can deeply affect patients and their families

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct and professionalism of the night duty staff in the ICU, as well as Dr. Anil Gupta, during our recent experience at your hospital. During the night shift, we faced significant issues with staff responsiveness and support. Despite the seriousness of the patient’s condition in the ICU, the night staff appeared inattentive and slow to respond when assistance was urgently required. This caused unnecessary stress and concern for the patient’s family. Additionally, Dr. Anil Gupta was not available on time when his medical attention was needed. The delay in his arrival and lack of timely communication regarding the patient’s status was highly distressing. In critical care situations, prompt medical attention and clear communication are essential, and unfortunately, this standard was not met. We chose Vinayak Hospital with the expectation of receiving professional and timely care, especially in the ICU. This experience has been deeply disappointing and concerning. I request that the hospital administration look into this matter seriously, review the conduct of the concerned staff and doctor, and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I would also appreciate a response outlining the findings of your inquiry and the corrective steps that will be taken. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.

Yesterday, My wife was admitted in ICU in day shift, there was very bad behaviour and unprofessionism behaviour of staff and rude baviour. Staff did not respond of anything wherever needed, example - when they putted Drip on hand they don't have experience to handle and when Drip was empty then My wife call nurse staff they did not respond and afterwards there was blood running on it. My wife was admitted as she was not able to breath properly even though they couldn't attend her properly. Overall experience was bad and also Doctor was not come onto time when needed. Thanks Himanshu Anand

When I first started my pregnancy journey, I was quite anxious. However, from my very first consultation with Dr. Meera Sethi, I felt at ease. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, no matter how small, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. During labor, I was in immense pain , but Dr. Meera Sethi and their team patiently waited and motivated  to keep going for a normal delivery. Their dedication paid off, and I had a successful normal birth. The care I received, both during and after the delivery, was outstanding. I can't thank Dr. Meera Sethi enough for bringing my healthy baby into the world safely. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled obstetrician Once again thank you to Dr. Meera Sethi and her team Thanks Raushani Kumari

Vinayak is a very bad and dirty hospital. They only take money and do not do their work properly. The staff is extremely rude. Patients get harassed there, and on top of that, their behavior is so bad that a person can become even more sick. Please do not go here — they only loot money.
