⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience. The doctor’s attitude was unprofessional and there was no respect for patients’ time. Staff did not pick up calls, and no one could provide clear information about when the doctor would arrive. We were left waiting without any communication. Poor management and very unprofessional service.
I had a wonderful experience at Kamla Hospital for my wife delivery .The entire staff was exceptionally supportive and caring throughout stay. Special mention to Dr. Jyoti, who guided us expertly throughout the process. Her professionalism and reassurance made all the difference, ensuring a smooth delivery and excellent health for both mom and baby. Totally unprofessional ppl are managing this hospital, having attitude problems, it took 30 minutes to give bill for the basic test like cbc, kft & lft because receptionist didn't had any knowledge how to select tests in their system. Told me next day I will receive my reports but nobody cared to send the reports next day, staff had no idea who did the X-ray and till today Xray report is pending..Pathetic experience never going to this hospital ever again.
