Dr. Naveen Kumar Mallineni is exceptionally skilled and explained the procedure clearly, which gave me great confidence before the surgery. The result and recovery have been excellent. The hospital staff were very supportive and caring. Their timely responses, attention to detail, and polite attitude made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. During the post-surgery anesthesia phase, the nurse stayed beside me until I fully regained consciousness, which truly shows their commitment to patient care. The rooms were clean, hygiene was well maintained, and the environment was calm. I also appreciate their minimal medication approach, giving only what was necessary. Such a horrible hospital staff is not polite and not attended. The Room charges are very high compared to the other places. Few of the rooms are like competing with Apollo, which is a multi speciality Hospital, but the standards are like government Hospital. Never go if you’re really wants to go and have a stay in the hygienic place

Such a fall from grace. My family always used to prefer this hospital but today when i for admitted to this hospital it's not like it used to. I literally asked for a toilet mug and they didn't come at all it's been 2hrs. When i got admitted into the hospital after i met with an accident the nurse forgot to give me a pain killer and gave me after 2 hrs when i asked the doctor for it. He said that he already told her to give the pain killer. The worse are the ward boys they are men aged 65+ who can hardly carry things. The hospital is not like it used to be.
