1,532 on GoogleI am taking services from Vasan right from 2014 onwards, Initially it was good and cost of treatment was also good post COVID, very recently I went for regular check up, Trust me reception ladies were so rude, so much of attitude, they said sir if you want u can if not u can leave. So much of attitude especially New registation desk lady. I was so pissed off Being a loyal customer I was treated inhumanly. Surprisingly other centers of Vasan is not like this. I highly recommend not to go this center, exorbitant prices and very unpleasant manner they treat patients. My consultation was taken by Dr.Hima Bindu madam, she was so nice and professional and i really like the way she spoke to me. She is very experienced and good person. Please don't visit Ram nagar Branch staff is not good and Reception ladies very rude.
I have consulted Dr. Himabindu mam, Glaucoma specialist. Her treatment is excellent 👌 and the staff are polite and helpful. The hospital is well-maintained, and my overall experience has been excellent.
Excellent Service by Vasan eye care team.i have underwent surgery with them. Recovered well and Hk team Reception team , coordinators , Counsellors and Jyothi Garu very good in care and they are provided good care. Ambience is good . Finally Big thanks to Dr Umamaheshwar rao sir for good care. Thanks to entire vasan eye care vizag team I will recommend to my known persons for eye care treatments.
My mother in law underwent cataract surgery under Dr. Himabindu mam. She handled the procedure with great care and confidence. The surgery went smoothly and my vision is now perfect.
