I had an unfortunate accident at Hyderabad airport that resulted in fractures in my right leg. My next destination was Vizag, with a flight scheduled the following morning, and I was under extreme stress about how to proceed. After receiving first aid in Hyderabad, I contacted Venkat in Indus Hospitals and shared my X-rays. Despite not being physically present, Indus team promptly reviewed the reports, provided a clear diagnosis over the phone, and guided me on the immediate next steps. That early support itself gave me immense confidence. Upon landing in Vizag, I went directly to the Emergency Care Unit at Indus. I was assigned to Dr. B. Ganga Raju Garu and Dr. Nihanth Garu, and my experience with both doctors was exceptional. They explained my condition thoroughly and scheduled my surgery for the very next day. I was given treatment options and chose a titanium nail that is MRI-compatible, which was clearly explained to me before proceeding. I stayed in the Executive Block for five days and was discharged today after my vitals stabilized. The Executive Block nursing staff were outstanding — attentive, gentle, and highly professional throughout my stay. The hospital also has an in-house physiotherapy team who guided me on exercises and precautions both during hospitalization and after discharge, which was extremely helpful. Overall, every department I interacted with functioned efficiently and compassionately. I am very glad I chose Indus Hospitals during such a critical time. It truly was the right decision.

We had a very good experience with this hospital. The doctors, nurses, and support staff took excellent care of the patient and were attentive at every step. The treatment process was smooth, and the overall management was well organized. A special thanks to Pradeep kumar Jena for his outstanding support and coordination. He was very helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was handled properly, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind during a difficult time. Truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and dedication of the entire team. Highly recommended.

My father was admitted to Indus Hospital for 7 days due to COPD. Pros: Dr. Anantha Lakshmi has been treating my father for the past 7 years. She is a very calm and composed doctor with great values and always takes care of her patients with utmost dedication and compassion. The nursing staff also took excellent care of my father. They were friendly, supportive, and approachable whenever assistance was needed. Cons: The hospital has done some renovations, such as improving the executive ward front desk. However, the AC rooms that are tied up with insurance plans are quite old and need improvement. The washrooms and fittings are also outdated, and the beds could be improved for better comfort. It would be helpful if there were a bell switch for immediate assistance from the nursing staff. I hope the executive ward will also be included in insurance tie-ups in the future.
