I am highly disappointed with the services at your hospital and feel compelled to raise this formal complaint. The overall management is extremely poor, and your staff—especially in the billing department and at the counters—are completely unprofessional, untrained, and careless in their approach. Your billing department makes false commitments repeatedly, causing unnecessary delays and harassment to patients and their families. The staff does not know how to attend to customers, nor do they show any sense of responsibility. This is highly unacceptable for an institution that claims to provide healthcare. Despite raising concerns multiple times, the hospital rooms remain unhygienic. Mosquitoes are present throughout the day, and cleaning is done only after repeated complaints. This clearly shows negligence and lack of seriousness from your staff. As a customer, I am giving this strong feedback: I will never choose to stay or recommend this hospital in the future. The experience has been extremely disappointing and unsafe. If your hospital truly wishes to improve, the following actions are urgently required: Provide proper training to all staff members, especially billing and counter staff. Stop making false commitments to patients and their attendants. Ensure strict supervision of hygiene and sanitation in patient rooms. Appoint accountable managers who monitor staff behavior and service quality. Take disciplinary action against irresponsible staff members. If these issues are not addressed immediately, patients and their families will have no option but to escalate the matter to higher medical authorities and consumer forums. Title: Fraudulent Medical Report & Unethical Charges – Very Bad Experience I was admitted to MEDILIFE HOSPITAL BURARI on ADMISSION DATE 28 SEP 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing and fraudulent. The hospital staff/doctors prepared a fake/misleading medical report without my consent. Based on this false report, they overcharged me ₹1 lakh, which is completely unjustified. Instead of providing genuine treatment and transparent billing, the hospital engaged in unethical and fraudulent practices. No proper clarification or breakdown of charges was given despite repeated requests. This is a case of medical fraud and cheating, and I strongly advise others to be very careful before trusting this hospital. 1.Immediate refund of my company 1 lakh wrongfully charged 2. Written explanation and accountability from hospital management. 3. Strict action against the staff/doctors responsible.
