I had an amazing experience at Hospital LJ for my LASIK eye surgery. From the very first consultation to the final follow-up, the staff was extremely professional, caring, and supportive. Special mention to the OT floor — it was extremely clean, hygienic, and well-managed. The OT staff was very polite, calm, and made me feel relaxed before the surgery. Everything was organized and maintained at a very high standard, which gave me full confidence that I was in safe hands. It was wonderful experience in hospital during cataract surgery of my father Sh Zora Singh. It was totally hassle free and well coordinated. Whole staff is well trained and well equipped for coordination. Moreover staff is very polite and courteous. Thanks to Preeti madam and Prabhjot madam. Above all Dr Vikas Mittal is just a brother . He gave so cozy feeling to my father that he came out smiling from OT. I am really grateful Dr Vikas.
My father -in-law who suffered from Glaucoma had a tube shunt done at the LJ hospital. Our experience was seamless. From the registration to meeting the doctors and counsellors everything was very smooth. Our experience at the OT was a memorable one.
