I'm forever grateful to the entire NICU department, especially Dr. Manoj, Dr. Sherin, and Dr. Keerthana, and Amrutha - Child Development Incharge, for their exceptional care and compassion towards my preterm baby. Your team of dedicated nurses are angels - their kindness, expertise, and patience gave me immense confidence in your care. I was scared about taking my baby home, but the way you all nurtured and cared for her, I feel equipped to care for her now. Your support has been invaluable, and I'll never forget the difference you made in our lives. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my gynecologists, Dr. Sreelatha, Dr. Reshma and Dr. Anju, for their expert care and guidance during my high-risk pregnancy. The G Ward nurses and labour room nurses and doctors who cared for me during my month-long bedrest and delivery were incredible - their support, love, care and encouragement meant everything. Thank you for saving my baby and giving her the best start in life. Your dedication and kindness will always be remembered.

Such a bad parking that you have extremely disappointing that when we come in emergency to the hospital and I had to leave my wife alone and wait for the parking and these guys dont even have a GPay or online QR whereas we need to give cash. Either appoint a chauffer service like Daffy.

I’m not reviewing the hospital’s treatment — they’ve already proven their top-level ability and quality. I’m talking about the car parking area. According to the parking counter staff, they do not accept GPay or any other payment apps — only cash. 😞 This is a horrible idea, especially in situations where we don’t have liquid cash on hand. In my case, a patient’s bystander had to come down from the 4th-floor ICU just to pay ₹20 in cash. Sometimes, we’re in a hurry or under stress when taking our vehicle from here, so please avoid this outdated system and make it more modern and convenient. 👺😊😊

I delivered my baby here and I am very satisfied with the care I received. My gynecologist and the medical team handled my case professionally and calmly. Even though my delivery ended in a C-section, everything was explained clearly and done smoothly. The nurses were very supportive during recovery and helped me with breastfeeding and post-delivery care. Thank you to the entire hospital team.

Our experience in Lakshmi Hospital has been very good. Behavior and co operation from the part of Doctors and staff were excellent, treatment received was nice. Canteen facility, especially room service was verymuch helpful. Cghs facility is here, which is a great help for us as retired central government employees.
