To, The Head – Customer Relations & Grievance Redressal Dr. Lal Path Labs Limited Subject: Complaint Regarding Delay in NIPT Report, Negligence, and Misleading Information Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the delay in my NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) report and the lack of proper communication from your team. I was informed that my documents were incomplete. However, no one from your team contacted me regarding the missing documents. I have been informed that emails requesting document completion had been sent to the concerned technician for the last 4 days, yet I was never contacted. This careless and negligent attitude has directly resulted in unnecessary delays in my report. Additionally, I am highly dissatisfied with the response provided by senior representative Mr. Vivek Awasthi. Instead of addressing my concerns objectively, it appeared that he was favoring his staff and failed to provide clear, accurate, and transparent information regarding my case. I believe I was misled rather than properly guided about the actual status of my report and the reasons for the delay. As a patient, I have the right to receive complete and accurate information. Therefore, I request: 1. An immediate update on the current status of my NIPT report. 2. A detailed explanation of the entire NIPT testing process and the exact timeline involved at each stage. 3. Clarification regarding how much time is normally required for the report generation and how much additional delay has occurred in my case due to incomplete documentation. 4. An explanation as to why I was not informed about the missing documents despite reminders being sent internally for the past 4 days. 5. A review of the conduct and communication provided by the concerned staff members and senior representative. Additionally, considering the negligence, lack of communication, delay in processing, and the mental stress caused to me during my pregnancy, I formally request a written apology from all concerned staff members who were directly involved in this matter, including those responsible for document verification, patient communication, and case handling. Despite internal reminders regarding incomplete documentation, no effort was made to inform me in a timely manner, resulting in avoidable delays and unnecessary anxiety. I believe this situation could have been prevented through proper communication and responsible handling of my case. I also request confirmation of the corrective actions being taken to ensure that no other patient faces a similar experience in the future. As a pregnant patient awaiting an important medical report, I expected better communication, accountability, and support from your organization. Worst experience ever.

Today on 25th May as per my doctor advise I went to Dr path lab for my medical examination on my health.when I reached to clinical test ,took my computer no 115 and my no came after few hours on monilor then rushed for test and the staff was very cordial and helpful me and rendered full help what ever possible to her by Ms. Manisha.
