I recently had flap surgery for pilonidal sinus at Lotus Hospital, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team — from the doctors to the nursing and support staff — was incredibly kind, caring, and professional. The doctors here are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also very humble and patient in their approach. They explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and took great care during and after the surgery. The hospital maintains high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, and the staff always ensured I was comfortable and well-attended to. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and grateful for the treatment and care I received. Highly recommended.
My Mother Mrs Usha Harne was treated very well in this hospital. The doctors and the staff r too polite with patient and relative. She was there in ICU for respiratory treatment and treated well with medicines suited her. Now she discharged with stable condition. My sincere thanks to all the doctors who treated her.
