I had my LASIK surgery done by Dr. Anchal, and my experience was excellent. She is extremely skilled, professional, and very kind. Before the procedure, she explained everything clearly, which made me feel calm and confident. The LASIK surgery was smooth and completely painless, and the recovery was faster than I expected. The post-surgery care and follow-ups were also very reassuring. My vision is now crystal clear, and I am truly satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Anchal to anyone considering LASIK or eye treatment

14 November 2025 We are extremely disappointed with the experience during our recent visit to Dr. Anchal Gupta. Doctors are expected to treat their patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Netram being built on a residential property is highly unwelcoming. Unlike a hospital has a back office on the ground level and clinical area on the first floor which is congested, unkempt, mismanaged and more so a fisherman's wharf. We had a prior appointment with Dr Anchal Gupta, secured good 3 days ago. Despite the time taken there wasn't any slot priortization followed. On asking for her, she for a minute came out of her consultation room quite uptight with a dismissive and rude attitude. Instead of taking us in for a consult and noting our concerns, she spoke harshly, interrupted repeatedly, and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Her tone and body language showed a clear lack of patience and empathy in which case we left Netram feeling unheard and intimidated without having to go through the consultation process. Our clocking good 100 kilometers both ways and investing so much of travel time was such a waste for a doctor who lacks basic civility, respect for others and is worked up due to her own wreck Netram. ------------------------------------- 25 November 2025 Anchal Gupta - your repost to this review is premeditated and from the very description shows whose language is questionable. It certainly cements that your mind is as ugly as you are. Furthermore by your threatening a patient with your legal has more ramifications on you than the patient itself, its moreso a cover up of your misbehaviour instead, good luck with that. As regards audios and videos we too have the records in place, unfortunately you don't deserve our time and patience to be entertained further however should you wish to try us, you'd be responded suitably. Rest of the details mentioned in your response to our review is fraction of your imagination which certainly has no base, why don't you put it out publicly. Besides, we were told by the referring doctor that most in your family have either passed away or still struggling with cancer, we have our sympathies with you unlike you have any iota of it for others. Need help with any onco intervention ! do reach out to us, we'd be happy to render. Lastly the crowd at your downtrodden facility is due to its subpar standards and not the excellence you dream of. A word - wee bit of you behaving human and keeping your establishment cared for would perhaps aid you achieve ideal work ethics and vanilla levels.

One of the main factors is this that they don't overcharged. After looking at this hospitals' facility i was suspicious that how can it be so good at minimal prices but truly this is the bestest.
