I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Regency Renal Hospital, Kanpur for the excellent care provided to my father. He consulted Dr. Sanjeev, who is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a highly skilled surgeon. My father’s surgery was successfully performed on 03/02/2026, and we are very satisfied with the overall treatment and outcome. Dr. Sanjeev patiently listened to the complete medical history, explained everything clearly, and guided us properly at every step. The hospital staff was equally professional, cooperative, and supportive throughout the admission period. I would also like to specially thank Abhi for his constant help during consultations and for smoothly guiding us through all the procedures. A big thanks to the nursing staff as well, who took excellent care of my father with compassion and dedication. Overall, our experience at Regency Renal Hospital was very positive. Thank you, Dr. Sanjeev and the entire Regency team, for your outstanding care and support.

Good service. My father has discharged today. But in the days he was admitted we have not faced any problem rather the staff is very polite and decent.and doctors especially Dr Nirbhay Sir ,Dr umesh sir and Dr Rohit sir.and Dr Mansi mam all the doctors and the team is very specific and specialised in the way they treat the patient is wonderful 👍👍. I really appreciate the team and staff . Thank u REGENCY 🙏🙏

Hello this shivam .my father expired on ventilator in the same hospital after one month of hospitalization he has recovered from his lungs infection but only god knows what happened to my father .he was totally unconscious not able to move his eyes also .I was shocked what did they have done to my father.ooohh god I can't explain that situation dr pradeep sehgal this guy is not having any sense of talking first,only one line he say on every visit "thik hai baki hum log koshish kar rahey hain "without informing me they have changed dr Rajeev kakkar he was doing good but still they have changed him . My reached hospital on his own but came back in ambulance. He is no more now but my message to everyone who is going to this hospital please don't leave ur relative even for a second.u can't trust them .🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Regency is building a new hospital with patients hard earn money which they collect before even touching the patient

My father was admitted here for urgent blood transfusion, great nursing service and care...could have staffed cleaning servie a little better, but overall a satisfying experience

Considering it's one of the best hospital in kanpur for dialysis and renal chronic diseases, I would say services provided are decent only if you're rich or you have medical insurance.. I agree with other reviews that this is a money hungry hospital, but the services and cleanliness is decent. I'm attaching photos of general dialysis room and semi private as well.. General admission - Around 10k Semi private - Around 50k
