I was taking treatment for hormonal imbalance at Nayak Hospital under Dr. Swaraj for two months. Despite regularly taking the prescribed tablets, my pain did not improve. When I tried to discuss my ongoing pain, she spoke to me very rudely and said I was being “negative.” This is not the right way to treat a patient who is genuinely suffering. Patients deserve respect and proper care, especially when they are paying for treatment. In the end, she even told me to get treated somewhere else. I’m very disappointed with the behavior and the lack of results.

Poor response by dr and staff also. Waiting time 5-6 hrs daily. We arrived 11.15 am but at time 3.55 pm we are waiting out of opration theatre. But dr not arrived.

I was treated at Naik multi speciality hospital after a road side accident. The emergency care was quick doctors were very skilled , and the staff was extremely supportive throughout. Very thankful for their excellent treatment...

Swaraj mam being one of the most experienced gynaecologist in jabalpur is wonderful with the patient,her guidence helped us in the journey. All the facilities in hospital are up to a mark and everything there is helpful for the mother and her baby. Staff is very helpful and present all the time .
