We have been provided only two rooms with very old-style furniture, and honestly even a 2-star hotel has better furniture than this hospital suite room. There is also no utensil cleaning service, no food arrangement for the attendant, and no toiletries have been provided. Overall, this does not feel like a suite category room at all, and it is not matching the charges being taken.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Poornima. I was charged ₹2,500 for a basic teeth cleaning that didn’t even last five minutes. It felt rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. There was no proper examination, no explanation. The whole procedure seemed like it was done just to get it over with as quickly as possible. For the amount charged, I expected at least a thorough and attentive cleaning — not something that felt this superficial. Paying ₹2,500 for such poor service is unacceptable. I left feeling disappointed and honestly ripped off. I would not recommend going here for dental cleaning.
