Giving high doses of medicines to patients, without judgement of bearing capacity of patient. Doctors main target is extracing money from patients and their families without any responsibility of providing good medical treatment. They can admit any patients of any critical condition or illness. But don't provide proper care of patients health improvement. For the last 15-20 years, this hospital has loosing patients faith continuously. We lost a Devine person in a week in name of treatment. Better if we went to any other hospital or even tried Government hospital.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Poornima. I was charged ₹2,500 for a basic teeth cleaning that didn’t even last five minutes. It felt rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. There was no proper examination, no explanation. The whole procedure seemed like it was done just to get it over with as quickly as possible. For the amount charged, I expected at least a thorough and attentive cleaning — not something that felt this superficial. Paying ₹2,500 for such poor service is unacceptable. I left feeling disappointed and honestly ripped off. I would not recommend going here for dental cleaning.

The room and services I expected while selecting the Suite category are not as per normal standards. We have been provided only two rooms with very old-style furniture, and honestly even a 2-star hotel has better furniture than this hospital suite room. There is also no utensil cleaning service, no food arrangement for the attendant, and no toiletries have been provided. Overall, this does not feel like a suite category room at all, and it is not matching the charges being taken.
