I, Deepak, would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Rajesh Sharma, who performed my heart stent placement with exceptional skill and care. His expertise, calm demeanor, and clear explanation of the procedure gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. The procedure was handled with great precision, and my recovery has been smooth, for which I am truly thankful. I would also like to thank Dr. Manish and Dr. Gulshan, who attended to me at the very first stage. Both doctors were highly professional, attentive, and reassuring. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Neetu from the administration team, Her efficiency, kindness, and continuous support made all the formalities completely stress-free. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I truly appreciate the combination of medical expertise and compassionate care provided by the entire team. I highly recommend Dr. Rajesh Sharma and his cardiac team to anyone in need of heart stent placement or cardiac treatment.

I had a pleasant experience at Saroj Hospital, Rohini. Dr. K.K. Gupta, the duty doctors, nursing staff, and helpers were all very courteous, attentive, and caring. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their excellent service and compassion! 🙏 Suggestion: It would be even better if the hospital could improve the arrangements for food and beverages for the attendants, as this would make the overall experience more comfortable. 🍲🙂

I am having very bad Experiences with this hospital. 1) you pay 500 for opd and then you will have to wait for 2-3 hours, I don’t think this good for a pregnant lady. If you are charging money then you must provide good facilities. You need to add on doctors so people not need to wait that long. 2 ) 10 days back I blessed with a baby via C section in this hospital and I would say I had terrible experience over there. Doctors behaviours are good but nurse and others will talk and behave very badly. Basically this hospital needs to improve facilities and should hire well educated nurse and staffs and provide proper training to them. I am adding few photos of my hospital room ( 2 sharing room) per day with cost of 9k

My brother was admitted on 16 Jan 2026 with chest pain under Dr. Rajesh Sharma. He was very anxious and did not want to stay in the hospital, but Ms. Neetu counselled him very patiently and effectively, which helped him feel comfortable. In the evening, Dr. Gulshan (CCU doctor) took very good care of him and behaved so kindly that my brother felt like he was talking to a friend. I have honestly never seen such patient-friendly care in any hospital before. Dr. Rajesh Sharma is very empathetic and caring. The doctors and CCU nursing staff provided excellent care. The only suggestion is to improve the canteen and waiting area for attendants. Overall, the treatment is comparable to top hospitals. Thank you to the entire team.

I would like to thanks Ms. Ruby Monga and Dr. Akash Jain and the hospital staff for their excellent care and services.all the staff and nurse were very polite, caring and humble.
