Very Poor Customer Service – Waste of Time I had a very bad experience with this hospital. I spent my entire day just trying to collect my medical report. The customer care staff first told me that my report was ready. But when I went to collect it, they said it would take another 2 hours. Later, they kept increasing the waiting time again and again. Finally, I received my report only in the evening. There is clearly no proper coordination between the customer care team and the internal departments. Because of this mismanagement, patients have to suffer and waste their valuable time. Also, I went only for a specific test as advised by a doctor from another hospital, but they suggested extra tests that were not required. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, it was a complete waste of time.The hospital seriously needs to improve its customer service and internal coordination.

Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at Park Hospital. The behavior of Dr. Ashutosh was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of treating the patient’s family with respect, he used rude and inappropriate language while we were already under immense stress. In a critical medical situation, families expect clear communication, empathy, and professionalism from doctors. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. Our questions about the patient’s condition were not answered properly, and the attitude shown was arrogant and insensitive. Doctors are expected to maintain dignity and compassion, but the behavior we faced from Dr. Ashutosh was shocking and disrespectful. Hospitals like Park Hospital should seriously monitor the conduct of their doctors and ensure patients and their families are treated with basic humanity and respect. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital.
