I had a very positive experience at Malla Reddy Narayana Hospital. The staff was professional, the premises were clean, and the doctors took the time to explain everything clearly. Not a better experience about the cardio section of this hospital, my father got admitted at emergency ward followed by CCU due to ecg variations angiogram was performed and there were multiple blocks. As iam having insurance, approval submitted on the day just after angiogram done, but due to main doctors absence, one day completely they done nothing for a stable patient.. When asked the same they responded (Responded after 5 pm) in such a manner that tmrw it will be done and it is not 100% sure...This is better example that hospital is looking for insurance money only. I will not recommend anyone to this hospital.. And the insurance team in this hospital Hats off to them, nice approach to the bystanders...

Suhashini Madam also supported lot, Dr. GJD Rao Sir taken personal Care and Follow up. Nursing Staff is very Polite and Provided Great hospitality all those days. Everything is Good here, One suggestion I wish to Add here, please Provide Daily "Health Bulletin" of a Patient who is in ICU so Attenders not to bother about patient health Condition or aware of health condition of a patient. Our Immense Gratitude towards all the management, Doctors, Staff, Nursing, Supporting Staff for your Noble work for mankind in the field of Health. Thank You 🙏🙏
