HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE!!! 0 stars to this pathetic joke of a hospital! The staff is extremely rude, they don't even follow their own rules, the reception staff has no idea what they are doing and apply different conditions for different people, the place is super insanitary and they have no moral code of conduct. Admitted my mother here for a valve replacement surgery, and since day 1 the staff has been notoriously bothering us in the name of rules, and the worst part is that they don't even follow their own rules, and when you claim to talk to the management, they always that they are on leave or there's no contact information. There are 2 distinct rules that they do not follow: 1. Visit limit of patients is 2 per patient in their respective hours, but they only allow one. 2. If the patient is in intensive care (ICU), 2 people who are attendants are allowed to stay in the hospital, but they only allow one. I have paid for the special private room here, and for that also they treat us like we're some charitable illiterates who are getting free treatment here, so they can act rudely like they wish to. Came here only because of Dr. Akhtar's reputation, otherwise I would never come here even if the paid me money for treatment.

One of the best cardiac hospitals in india. The staff is friendly and the doctors are experienced. They provide healthy food for family attenders in their canteen. Hygiene is maintained 24/7.

Don’t visit this place if you value your and your loved ones lives. I travelled all the way from Chhattisgarh for my Nani’s angioplasty. I visited the hospital on 22/9/25 (Monday) met Dr.Akhtar (only good person there) and he asked us to get few tests done. We waited whole day and finally got to meet him around 9 PM after his surgery where he asked us to meet Mr. Jaivardhan who performs angioplasty. We were asked to come at 9:00 Am but the doctor came around 10:30 and told us that 4-5 stents will be required and asked us to get estimate which came out as 6,20,000₹. I asked him whether is there any risk in performing it hence she’s 81 years old, to which he sarcastically replied: “risk toh har jagah hai, koi gurantee hai kya ki yahan se nikloge toh safely ghar pohoch jaoge raste mein kuch hogya toh? Risk toh vahan bhi hai” which was enough for us to decide that leaving this place earliest is the only thing we need to do right now. We came back the very next day we got her angioplasty done in Raipur Chhattisgarh and she’s completely healthy and sitting next to me as i write this review for you all.

One of the finest hospitals and the charge and responsibility they take can be weighed. At that time, I enquired few patients who came from jabalpur madhya pradesh, gave some strength and they trusted this hospital. So I fearlessly admitted my guruji here. *As I visited the hospital post COVID situation, wearing mask and socks(they'll offer at entrance) is mandatory. *Children under 14years are not allowed to visit. * Try to reach with minimum luggage as no bags are allowed into the hospital. * Full hospital staff are taking good care of the patients.
