Efficient and dedicated doctors. Two years back my grandmother was admitted in this hospital. She received utmost care by the Doctors and the nurses. The charges of the hospital are very reasonable. I went to the hospital again to attend free menopause health camp. It's an awareness camp about the health problems women face. They conducted more than 12 different tests/ examinations, and consultations with Gynecologist, Reiki, Yoga, Dietician,... In a span of 8 hrs, they conducted all these where some tests take 20 mnts/ person and that too for more than 100 members. Very well organised. Hats off to Dr. Chaya and other organisers , staff and volunteers.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at General medicine . I had to wait 6 hours for a general checkup. This was the patient’s second review visit after completing all prescribed tests, yet there was absolutely no priority or concern shown by the staff. No one provided proper information, there was no clear queue management, and patients were kept waiting without explanation. Making someone wait this long for a simple review appointment shows serious mismanagement and lack of respect for patients’ time and health. This level of negligence and poor coordination is not expected from a hospital. Immediate improvement in patient handling and administration is necessary.

I had an uncomfortable experience during my recent visit. I requested a re-consultation with another doctor because I was not comfortable consulting a female doctor for my skin issue, and I was told another doctor would be available the same day. However, the billing staff refused to arrange a re-consultation and insisted I pay again for a new consultation. This felt unfair and caused unnecessary stress. I hope the hospital improves its patient support and clarifies its re-consultation policy to avoid such issues in the future.

Recently I attended the world menopause day event. I must say it was a very well organised event and am awestruck at the dedication of the staff at all levels in attending to so many participants and guiding them through various investigation patiently. The arrangements were very well planned and executed. I wish the hospital would conduct many more such awareness cum useful camps/events which would expose the excellent facilities available at the hospital to all and at such affordable rates combined withe the dedication of the staff. Kudos to all at Ramdevrao Hospital. Jayashree

One of the worst experience for Dental care. Please stop coming to this hospital for Dental treatment. My mother started taking treatment for root canal treatment, intially they said it will take 4 weeks but after completion of 8 weeks also there is no improvement. They are giving treatment with junior doctors who are still pursuing. There is no proper communication regarding appointment as well. So finally I won't suggest this hospital for Dental treatment. Honestly don't go for this hospital.
