I'm very much thankful to hospital administration for their services and support throught the surgery process. Since beginning to discharge they guide me on all steps. The housekeeping staff deserve a huge shoutout for dedication to keep room cleaning and maintain basic hygiene. No one notice such thing but these thing make big difference, doctors are best specially Physiotherapy and OT team. Throught the surgery my wife and two small children was there, the support to my family and love of hospital staff for my children shows their true Human nature. Best person or knowledgeable TPA administrator I ever meet in my life is Mr. Abhishek Mishra, initially my claim was rejected by my TPA insurance but his knowledge and dedication to find the correct resources and solution for approval was truly recommendable. I wish him all success in career. Doctor and nursing staff was excellent except few. I deducted one star for their knowledge and behaviour of few. I hoping for good recovery and best outcome of my surgery. All good stars goes to Abhishek Mishra , hospital administration and Housekeeping include pantry team.

I recently had an interaction with Dr. Rahul Kumar, the finest Orthopaedic Surgeon at Massh Manas Hospital, and it was truly a great experience. Dr. Rahul Kumar is highly knowledgeable, calm, and extremely professional in his approach. He listens to the patient very carefully, explains the diagnosis in simple and understandable language, and suggests the most appropriate treatment without creating unnecessary panic.
