I recently took my father for a consultation with Dr. Vineet Gaur, and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Gaur was extremely knowledgeable and quickly identified the underlying issue. He explained the treatment options clearly and suggested the right course of action. What stood out most was his flexibility, he was very accommodating with appointment timings and worked around our convenience to plan the treatment schedule. We are now awaiting further treatment and a planned operation with him, which is scheduled for next week. His professionalism and patient-centered approach have made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended!

This doctor is really not good at all. There are two doctors here — the main male doctor is hardly available at the hospital most of the time. The lady doctor, on the other hand, wastes a lot of time talking about useless things instead of discussing the actual problem. I took my younger sister for an eye check-up to get her glasses made. The lady doctor talked unnecessarily about random topics and did not focus on the main issue. She behaves very dramatically, and instead of addressing the medical problem, she keeps giving unrelated advice. Doctors should be straightforward, but she talks too much about things that don’t matter. She also completely ignored me even though my sister is very young. She was telling my sister unnecessary things and even said things like, “You must be getting pocket money, so you can handle it.” This was very unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, I did not have a good experience and would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Vineet Gour is a very polite, highly intelligent, and extremely dedicated doctor. Her diagnosis is also very accurate. She is truly the best doctor here. The staff is also very good, cooperative, and humble.
