Very professional and well trained staff and doctors. Doctors behaviour and nature are very very positive and enthusiastic for patients treatment. I am writing this on the basis of my personal experience my relative was admitted there so I was 3-4 days in Prabhu prem hospital itself I obeserved doctors and nursing staff is very helpful especially there is on of the doctor and his name Dr. Akash he was very dedicated towards his patients and his nature is very friendly overall a complete hospital care.
I visited Prabhu prem netralaya today for my daughter eye checkup.Dr Kamlesh Kumar Mewad examined my daughter eyes very carefully and explained everything clearly. He was polite and professional. Best place for eye treatment. Polite staff Good atmosphere.
Worst hospital ever seen in my whole life Worst staf ever not at all good This hospital nhi not good for your health They are just wasting our time After visiting 6,7 times just for a test they said noo we don't have that machine for your eye test soo go somewhere else If you care about your eyes and time soo don't visit this hospital worst hospital ever

I’m writing this review to share my genuine frustration and disappointment with this hospital regarding my mother’s recent experience. We visited the hospital for her eye check-up, and the doctors recommended getting new glasses. Trusting their expertise, we placed an order for the new specs. The cost was very high, but we accepted it believing that we were getting a quality product. We were told the lenses were made of fiber and unbreakable, and they also promised a 90-day warranty. Shockingly, within a few days of use, one of the lenses broke. When we contacted the hospital, their response was extremely unprofessional. Despite their previous claim that the lens was "unbreakable" and under warranty, we were told "broken lenses are not covered" and they stopped responding to our messages. This clearly shows false promises and lack of responsibility. If the lenses were truly unbreakable, how did they break under normal use? And what kind of warranty excludes the most obvious fault? This feels like a scam, and I urge others to be very cautious before purchasing glasses from here. Please ask everything in writing and don't blindly trust their words, like we unfortunately did.
