What patients say
1,583 on GoogleI visited on January 15, 2026, regarding my maternal grandmother's (Durga Devi) treatment. While here, I had a terrible experience at the hospital pharmacy. The pharmacy staff behavior was completely unprofessional, particularly Ms. Mamta. She was rude, arrogant, and displayed a total lack of empathy. Her attitude was essentially, 'buy the medicine or get out.' Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect, not hostility. This was my first and last visit to this hospital, and I will not recommend it to anyone I know." Thank you.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Rajesh Thiyam in mayom. I visited him for a ligament tear and repeatedly requested that the injury be examined properly and that we wait before taking any aggressive step. Despite this, he hastily applied a very tight plaster and was adamant about his decision. Within the first day itself, I started experiencing severe pain, nerve pressure, numbness, and reduced blood flow. The situation became so alarming that I had to rush at 4:30 AM to get an emergency gap made in the plaster because it was dangerously tight and causing nerve compression. Even after medications, the pain did not subside. I later consulted another doctor due to worsening symptoms, and I was clearly told that the initial treatment was incorrect and that the plaster should not have been applied in that manner. Unfortunately, because of this wrong approach, my injury worsened and my nerve got pressed. This experience has caused unnecessary pain, trauma, and prolonged recovery. I strongly advise patients to seek a second opinion before proceeding with treatment here, especially for orthopedic injuries. A doctor must listen to the patient and not take rushed or rigid decisions when someone’s mobility and nerves are involved.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disturbed by our experience with NeuroEquilibrium Diagnostic Systems at Mayom Hospital. The vertigo rehab trainer, Tanvi, displayed highly unprofessional behavior and an unacceptable level of attitude. Instead of showing basic empathy and sensitivity toward a patient already struggling with a medical condition, her conduct caused mental harassment and emotional stress to both the patient and our family. Healthcare is supposed to provide support and reassurance — not add to a patient’s distress. What was even more frustrating was the complete mismanagement of appointments. The patient was called multiple times and asked to come for rehab sessions, but after reaching the hospital, we were told the sessions could not be conducted. This repeated miscommunication reflects serious internal coordination failures and a complete disregard for patients’ time and condition. The rehab sessions that were conducted by Tanvi were not up to the mark at all. There was no structured plan, no proper engagement, and no sense of personalized care. Despite spending approximately ₹20,000, It felt like the sessions were being conducted casually without real concern for the patient’s recovery. We escalated the matter to the hospital management, the NeuroEquilibrium manager, and even the concerned doctor — but no corrective action was taken. Our concerns were ignored, leaving us with no option but to discontinue the treatment. After investing significant time, money, and hope, we walked away feeling completely disappointed and mentally exhausted. This experience has left us feeling that, in the name of rehabilitation, the patient and family were subjected to unnecessary stress rather than proper medical care. I strongly urge the management to review their staff behavior, coordination process, and quality of therapy before more patients have to suffer a similar experience.
I had a really positive experience at Mayom Hospital, Gurgaon. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring toward their patients. They take the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. The hospital staff is also very supportive, polite, and attentive. From the reception to the nursing team, everyone was cooperative and ensured smooth services throughout. The overall environment is clean, well-managed, and patient-friendly. I would definitely recommend Mayom Hospital to anyone looking for good medical care with compassionate staff and excellent service.
