Horrible experience. Have been consulting specialists at Paras for my 81 yr old father since last 6 years. Brought him to emergency as he had fever and weakness. Was misguided and wrongly informed by doc in emergency to admit. Almost tricked into it. The billing team made typo mistake while admitting, so the specialist and department he was admitted under dis not know till 3rd day. I personally reached out to spacialist coordinator to seek advise before admitting. He was unresponsive. Heavy doses of steroids and antibiotics were administered without the consulting doctor's advise. Neglicence at all levels, everyday. The doctors and staff have no empathy. They are unapologetic about it. Gross mismanagement and lack of coordination. My father has mutiple health issues. He has been given treatments without any consultations within departments. This has adversely affected his health and prolonged stay at hospital. Pramenters for which differnt specialists and departments should have been consulted were not involved and informed till day of diacharge. On last day, before discharge they plan to shuttle him to different opds for discharge advise. He is still in distress but the nurse and AMC have no regard for that. Highly didappointed with the hospital and the behaviour of concerned people. Never going to consult at Paras again.

Dr. Anurag Khaitan at Paras Hospital is an excellent urologist. His clarity in diagnosis and explanation is outstanding. He takes time to explain reports and treatment options properly. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Paras Hospital. I underwent ankle fracture surgery here, but in my opinion, the procedure was not handled properly. Even after the surgery, my bone has not healed or joined correctly, and I have now been advised to undergo another surgery in my hometown to correct the issue. This situation has caused me significant physical pain, emotional stress, and financial burden. The hospital charged a very high amount for the procedure, and considering the cost, I expected competent treatment and a proper recovery outcome. Based on my experience, I do not feel the doctors handled my case appropriately. The results speak for themselves — instead of recovering, I now have to go through another surgery. This has resulted in a complete waste of my time and money. I strongly recommend that patients seek detailed explanations, proper follow-up, and even a second opinion before proceeding with major surgeries here. Highly disappointed with the overall experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Alka Kriplani at Paras Hospital. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I ended up waiting for an extremely long time with no proper communication or update from the staff. We had later commitments scheduled, but because of the unexpected delay and the traffic afterward, we missed them entirely. When I finally got to meet Dr. Kriplani, I was shocked by her tone and attitude. She came across as rude, dismissive, and arrogant, showing little patience or courtesy while I tried to explain my health concerns. It felt like she wasn’t interested in understanding my situation at all. What made things worse was that she insisted I redo tests even though I had already brought complete reports with me. The next day, I consulted another doctor at a different hospital. They reviewed the same reports that I had shown Dr. Kriplani and immediately diagnosed the issue without asking for new tests. Clearly my previous visit was not handled properly, and the lack of attentiveness cost me both time and peace of mind. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience. I expected much better communication, professionalism, and patient care.

Took my relative in emergency at night due to abdominal pain. A patient in pain will not treated unless you deposit 5000 rupees and agree to lab tests, ultrasound worth another 20,000. NO TREATMENT to a patient lying in pain mind it and we were asked to leave the moment we objected to so many tests and asked the doctor to simply administer medication. “Simply asked to go”. On the top of that there is a parking charge of 100 rupees per hour. This is not a hospital, this is a money making corporate house.
