I would like to formally express my sincere appreciation to the hospital team for the excellent medical care provided during an emergency on 17 January 2026.Patient Name Manjeet Kaur 70 year . Dr. Amnik Singh handled the emergency treatment of my mother with great professionalism, compassion, and calmness. His behavior was extremely polite and reassuring, with no sense of ego, which made us feel comfortable and confident during a critical time. His approach truly reflected the care of a dedicated family physician. I extend my special thanks to Dr. Amnik Singh for his outstanding support and treatment. I would also like to acknowledge Dr. Vishwas Bhardwaj for visiting my mother and contributing effectively to her treatment and care. My appreciation also goes to the nursing staff on ward and watch duty—Komal, Saruti, and Bharti—whose caring and respectful behavior made the hospital stay more comfortable. Additionally, I thank the MO staff—Dr. Knisk and Dr. Kamal—as well as housekeeper Durga for their sincere efforts in patient care and maintaining hygiene. I am grateful to the entire hospital staff for their professionalism, dedication, and teamwork. Special thanks once again to Dr. Amnik Singh.

I had a great experience at this hospital during my delivery. Dr. JP Kaur ma’am was extremely supportive and explained everything clearly, which really made me feel comfortable. The nursing staff was very caring and always available whenever I needed help. The hospital management was smooth, and they took good care of both me and my baby boy. Thank you to Dr. JP Kaur ma’am and the entire team for making this journey safe and stress-free. Highly recommended! 💙

Pathetic service. Last night I visited this hospital’s pharmacy for a simple headache medicine. The compounder was sleeping, and I had to wake him up. He appeared completely disinterested, pretended to search for a few seconds, and then told me that no medicine was available. It’s shocking that a hospital of this size, with a pharmacy that claims to be open 24×7, doesn’t have even a basic headache medicine. If such essential medicines aren’t available, they shouldn’t advertise round-the-clock service or project themselves as a “big” hospital. This feels like yet another private hospital focused only on extracting money from middle-class people rather than providing basic care. The staff member seemed far more interested in sleeping than helping patients. If possible, I would give 0 stars.

Medpark Hospital is truly the best hospital in Mohali. The staff is polite, doctors listen carefully, and the treatment process is well managed. The hospital is very hygienic and clean, which gives a safe feeling to patients and their families. One more good thing is there is no rush in OPD, so patients don’t have to wait for long hours. Overall, a very good experience and highly recommended for quality healthcare services.
