Accord Super Speciality Hospital

My mother underwent spinal surgery at Accord Hospital, Faridabad. I came from Ranchi, Jharkhand. We met Dr. Rakesh at his Bokaro OPD earlier. Before the surgery, she was unable to stand even for a minute. It was a very sensitive and complicated case, but Dr. Rakesh and Dr. Abhishek performed the surgery with great skill and care. Accord hospital management and staff were very supportive and professional throughout the treatment. The physiotherapy section is also very advanced and well-equipped, and have well qualified and trained Physiotherapist, which helped a lot in her recovery. our experience at Accord Hospital has been excellent. We are extremely thankful to them for their expertise and dedication.

From the onboarding to discharge it was a smooth sailing. We were impressed with the efficiency of the registration process and the overall organization of the hospital. Felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout our time here. The nursing staff was excellent, very attentive and caring throughout our stay. The hospital was clean and well maintained, creating a positive environment. But the most important thing - the doctors. A great shout out goes to Dr Sabita ,Dr Swèety , Dr Gagandeep, Dr Komal and all the supporting staff . Thanks for keeping us healthy n safe .

My mother-in-law recently underwent surgery at this hospital, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They provided excellent care at a very affordable cost. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone facing health issues. Dr. Sugandha Arya, who performed the surgery, is very polite and kind-natured. If you are under her care, rest assured she will ensure your full recovery.

I really appreciate the excellent care taken by the doctors and nursing staff. The treatment and overall support were very good. However the behaviour of the security staff needs some improvement. A more polite and supportive approach would make the experience better
