Vikas and Dr suraj also very nice they done al the pro op and post op follow up very correctly and timing visiting to patient . Ms Deepti is very cooperative and check is everything is okay or not correct the things if needed thank you all the other staff narsing kitchen cleaning they all are very good and nice I would also say a big thank you to Dietitian Meena at RG Stone Hospital, NIT Faridabad. She was really kind and gave me a diet plan that worked perfectly for me. I’m so grateful for all her support, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a great dietitian Thank to all the team of Rg Team and Doctors team.

Dr Vikas kaushik done my treatment here in rg stone I got admitted for conservation management - stomach infection. And ulcer. Great doctor and all team. Ms preeti sachdeva is also very helpful and guidan us any point we require. Very humble and reall appreciate her.. All the staff is very good and helpful they visit in one bell... nursing staff , cleaning staff an kitchen billing staff top to bottom all are very helpful and just come a beautiful smile on their face no matter how nay time we call them really appreciate. Hi I am Salim Khan had gall bladder removal surgery under Dr shambhav chandra . It's been a great experience with hospital staff and Team of Dr shambhav and their team . They are very supportive and caring. Everything available in one ring and they do their work very efficiently with ask they work I already visited many other hospitals in Faridabad but in rg stone i found careing and supportive staff excellent Team of Doctors I don't found somewhere else. And i highly recommend rg stone and staff they are excellent. Really thank full to all nursing spicial to night staff gay Brijesh...staff kitchen team house keeping team and dietician Spicial to Dr vikas kaushik and Dr shambhav chandra they are just a great team and explain everything to me... I had booked an online appointment with the doctor between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM. We were in the hospital area at 1:00 PM, where we were initially told that Dr. Neeraj Sharma was available. Then, at 1:30 PM, another doctor offered to see us, which the attendant rejected. The attendant, Deepti, at the front counter, restarted the process when we were about to leave due to this confusion, and the reception counter directed us back to the counter. There, the attendant asked us to wait until 2:00 PM. However, precisely at 2:00 PM, the attendant picked up her belongings and left the counter. After 2:00 PM, we were finally informed that the doctor was not available. Upon trying to register my complaint, Robin said that they don't register complaints there and that we could leave a Google review instead. Despite having a pre-booked appointment, this entire experience resulted in unnecessary waiting, confusion, and frustration. This kind of poor coordination and lack of communication can render the appointment system ineffective. I request that this matter be investigated and action be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. 2.All this is nonsense. I again registered a complaint on RG's WhatsApp and on RG's customer care number, but till now there has been no response to it.
