“Very bad hospital. During my recent visit for my father’s treatment, it seemed they were more focused on earning money than providing proper care. The cost of every test was much higher compared to other hospitals.” Also drinking water for paitaint required to purchase from their reception counter only.

Despite having a Star Health cashless policy, the hospital forced me to pay ₹80,000+ and later refused to refund it, blaming insurance. This is clear harassment and misuse of a patient’s situation. Extremely disappointed — please be cautious before choosing this hospital.

Our experience at Miracles Child Hospital was deeply disappointing and frustrating. The hospital administration seemed more focused on maximizing the bill than on patient care. They cleverly administered an antibiotic via IV post 12 AM, forcing an unnecessary extra day’s stay so they could claim insurance for the next day as well. Shockingly, on the day of discharge, no doctor even came for a final checkup before signing off. The doctor prescribed soy milk for our child, citing the risk of lactose intolerance — but when we consulted a professional dietician later, she confirmed that this was unnecessary, and normal food should have been advised. To make matters worse, when we tried to return the unused soy powder at the hospital pharmacy, they unethically insisted on deducting GST from the refund. The hospital’s facilities and management were also subpar. Their so-called second-best room had a faulty flush, frequent water outages, and a concerning mosquito problem — raising genuine fears of dengue and malaria in a child ward. Basic medical equipment like thermometers wasn’t working, and when requested for a replacement, we were told “this is all we have”, leaving us to buy one ourselves. In the end, the hospital billed ₹84,000 to our insurance — an inflated amount for the care and conditions provided. The overall hygiene, administration, and management were far below acceptable standards. Very dissatisfied with the hospital’s greed-driven practices and lack of patient-first care. Not recommended.
