I had an excellent experience at the hospital. The staff were professional, caring, and attentive. The doctors explained everything clearly, and the nurses provided great support throughout my stay. ⭐ Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Pathology Service : -1 star I had a very bad experience with the pathology department. The staff is not knowledgeable and behaves unprofessionally. I had to wait almost 2 hours just for a routine urine and urine culture test. A peon handed me the sample container, and the staff told me to write my own details on it. They even said that if I didn’t write it myself, they would not accept the sample without entry. This is extremely unsafe and irresponsible practice. The front desk staff had no knowledge about CGHS tests or CGHS rates. As a patient, I had to explain that these tests are covered under CGHS and are conducted there. This shows a serious lack of training. Even after 5 days, my urine culture report was not provided. I visited the pathology department 3–4 times to collect the report, but each time I was told that the concerned staff was absent and the report was not available. In today’s time, when medical services are expected to be efficient and professional, such poor management is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this pathology service unless they seriously improve staff training and patient handling.

Dr is busy over phone and patients are waiting outside. I was having seveare cold & fever and Dr. R C Vyas was busy talking on phone. And when staff asked him to check patients he was like "5 min wait ni kar skte kya".
