7,997 on GoogleThis was our second visit to the hospital, and on both occasions we were under the care of Dr. Gurdarshan S. Natt. He is not only extremely capable but also deeply empathetic and always available when needed. The care and attention provided by him and his team of doctors, nurses, and support staff truly brought my father back from the brink and set him on what we believe is a clear path to recovery. (If you must know, the previous visit was for my mother). Overall, our experience at Shalby Hospital, Mohali has been very positive. The hospital is accessible, well-run, and offers excellent care. While no value can ever be placed on a life, we felt the quality of treatment and support was exceptional. Highly recommended.
I was admitted in Shalby Hospital on 28th of December with a complaint of suffocation and high blood pressure, as I was not able to admitted me and took my x-ray scans and everything after that, they called not Jasmeet Singh, who was on the call and revised to put the medication and the nurses and doctors who were present at the Emergency award were doing their best and they called Dr Jasmeet Singh again and he advised some tests and access which were done and according to the tests, I got my blood cells high and adopted advised to admit and from that day, I was suffering from panic attacks plus suffocation which was severe and also I almost got a panic attacks and out of 8 panic attacks. They were only four doctors available in each attack. Last midnight. I suffered a panic attack. There was no doctor again today. I suffered from panic attack. They there were no doctors only the nurse were there that to only one. And the biggest pond is it is in general that every patient comes to her with your budget and if the patient needs to be admitted, he or she has some budget according to me, we had a budget for general award, but the general ward was filled with ICU patients which is not good as patients need separate room plus when I added general board, they were almost 20 patients and one of the patient from the 20 patients was screaming while sleeping as it was midnight and this hospital is super Best hospitality as I would say in sarcastic way that they did not tried to shift that patient to separate room so that the other patients should not get disturbed. Because of this, I have to change my room from general ward to private room because I was suffering from my attention and if I did not sleep because of this person, I could get panic attacks, which were there in general. I would say the quality of the doctors is good, but the nursing staff management needs to be revamped. And also all the reviews posted here are fake the manager of the hospital , i think her name is priyanka maybe i am not sure , this lady forces patients to post their reveiws when they get discharged and sometimes borrows patients phone and adds some fake goof points about the doctor and herself. Thank you.
I recently visited Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital, Mohali for my wife’s gall bladder removal surgery, and our entire experience was truly exceptional. The hospital infrastructure is excellent, with high standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout. The entire process — from admission to discharge — was smooth, well-organized, and completely hassle-free. Even the food provided to patients was fresh, hygienic, and thoughtfully prepared according to medical needs, which greatly supported my wife’s recovery. The nursing staff and support team deserve special appreciation. They were incredibly attentive, compassionate, and responsive at all times. Every member of the staff treated us with respect and kindness, making us feel comfortable and reassured during a stressful time. Their dedication and caring attitude truly stand out. A heartfelt and special thanks to Dr. Pankaj Bhalla, who is an outstanding surgeon and a wonderful human being. He explained the entire procedure in detail, patiently answered all our questions, and gave us complete confidence before the surgery. His expertise and precision ensured that the surgery was successful, and thanks to his skill, my wife had a remarkably speedy and smooth recovery. We are deeply grateful for his care and commitment. I would highly recommend Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital, Mohali to anyone looking for high-quality medical treatment, experienced doctors, and compassionate healthcare services.
Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital in Phase 9 has established itself as a major healthcare landmark in Mohali, particularly known for its specialized orthopedic and joint replacement departments. The facility is massive and feels very organized from the moment you enter the lobby. One of the standout features of this hospital is the technical expertise of the senior surgeons; their "Zero Technique" for joint replacements is quite famous and has a very high success rate, which brings in patients from all over the region. The diagnostic wing is also very efficient, equipped with advanced 128-slice CT scans and high-end MRI machines, ensuring that you don't have to run elsewhere for tests. During my visit, I found the nursing staff to be quite attentive and professional, which makes a huge difference during post-operative recovery. The patient rooms are well-ventilated and kept to a high standard of hygiene, appearing more like a comfortable living space than a typical sterile ward. The 24/7 emergency and ICU departments are very well-prepared for critical cases, with a swift response team that manages trauma cases with a lot of composure. While the hospital is a multi-specialty hub covering everything from Cardiology to Nephrology, their ENT and Urology centers are also particularly well-regarded in the Tricity area for using advanced laser technologies. The management seems to have a very patient-centric approach, especially when it comes to insurance and TPA clearances, which are often the most stressful parts of a hospital stay. The billing process is transparent, and they have a dedicated help desk to guide you through the paperwork. It is also conveniently located right near the PCA Stadium, making it easily accessible with ample parking space around the premises. For anyone looking for complex surgical procedures or reliable multi-specialty care in Mohali, Shalby is definitely a top-tier choice that balances medical excellence with compassionate care. Pro-Tip: If you are visiting for a routine consultation, try to book your appointment for the mid-morning slots (between 11 AM and 1 PM) as the early morning rush can lead to longer waiting times in the OPD area. Also, their cafeteria offers decent, hygienic food for attendants, which is a relief during long stays. If you're coming from outside Mohali, the hospital is well-connected by local transport, and there are several pharmacies located just outside the main gate for any quick requirements.
