Naik Superspeciality Hospital

This is the worst place to get treatment. Dr Vibha and Dr Himanshu are very arrogant and not someone one would like to get treatment from. Before operation, Dr Himanshu did not explain the process properly and asking questions by patient's family was not liked by him. He is very rough in dealing with patients which causes more trauma to patients dealing with cancer. The discharge summary and medicines dosage are not explained or even mentioned properly, and there is no follow-up by the doctor after operation to explain the medicines. Staff is also not fully aware of the medicines. The staff is inefficient in dealing with patients. The sanitization of the hospital is a big question on how the hospital is operating. If there was a negative rating, I would give negative ratings in that as well. Please never go to this place for treatment.

The nursing staff is also very supportive and attentive. The hospital is clean, well-managed, and maintains good hygiene standards 👍 Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and care provided. I had a terrible experience at this hospital. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about patients or their families, and their behavior is unacceptable. On top of that, I received the wrong treatment, which made my condition worse. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone — they seriously need to improve their staff training and patient care. I’m very disappointed with the service at this hospital. The staff were not polite or helpful, and I felt completely ignored during my visit. I also received the wrong treatment, which caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. I hope the management looks into this issue and makes sure patients are treated with respect and proper medical care. My recent experience at this hospital was very unsatisfactory. The nursing and support staff were rude and uncooperative. Communication with patients and attendants was extremely poor, and a wrong treatment was given, which shows a serious lack of professionalism. I request the hospital management to take strict action and ensure better training and accountability among staff.
