Very unprofessional. Their App is super slow. Last week I ordered tests and they did not send me reports for 1 week saying, I had not made the payments. Despite the fact that I spoke to their Customer Care and provided screenshots from my credit card statement stating that I had made the payment. A patient had to suffer for 1 week because Sterling Accuris did not have their systems in place. Use other options like Healthians or Tata1mg. They are much better
Worst we have done online booking for blood samples on 21/4/22 ID - 036979 they confirmed for blood sample collection from home collection, They didn’t come for fasting blood sample collection on 22/4/22 in morning before 8:30, when we called him then they said your order were not confirm. So what meaning of Application booking ID confirmation.
At time Nr About 4 pm your Staff(blood TakerGent )mis handling &mis behaviour Check CCB Camera it will Automatically clear.
Very good service even in festival time (emergency service available) & received report within 1-2 hrs
