I am extremely disappointed and angry with the staff and nursing department. The service was very poor and careless. We brought my father to the emergency ward because he was having serious breathing issues and is also on dialysis. Despite this being an emergency, the staff told us that we could not meet the doctor. Then what is the purpose of an emergency ward if a critical patient cannot get immediate medical attention? On top of that, he started vomiting and we repeatedly requested a small tub or bucket. It took them around 1.5 hours to provide something so basic, and we literally had to quarrel with the staff to get help. This kind of delay and insensitive attitude is unacceptable. A person’s life could be at risk because of such negligence and behavior, especially from hospital staff who are supposed to care for patients. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional staff. Serious improvement is needed in how emergency patients are treated.

Staff are not maintaining hygiene properly, not on floors not even of patients who are recently operated. It is to much risky because if patients hygiene not maintained properly then may be the chances of infaction. Facilities are not as good as hospital's name, because in rooms TVs are not working, Even at third day they are only following massage to one another, water problem in hospital, it not comes upto one to two hours till that no one can use bathroom for toilet or laterine, No footwear at washroom! , it must be there for better hygiene. Nurses/ any other staff who are assigned duty to take care -are not cleaning patient properly after laterin. They are just saying all done, completed, but. after an hour when you see the badsheet and the new clothes are spoiled because of stool and laterine not cleaned properly. Due to their negligence any patient can get infaction. Doctor has given instructions to walk but no staff helpings to walk with urine bag, they all just giving excuses and saying someone will come to help you for walk, but no one has came till 12 hours , the floor staffs are not following or responding to instructions even of Doctors. Doctors are good but staff are not good who are not maintaining care and hygiene of patients. No floor supervisor or RMO at night to whom you complain about , some responsible staff coming very late in morning , strange
