This is a very good hospital. I have done contract surgery here for both my parents and my in-laws, and everything went perfectly. The doctors, Prashant sir and Dikshita ma’am, were excellent and very supportive throughout the process. The entire procedure was smooth, and the staff at the counters were helpful and well-coordinated. I also noticed that weekdays are less crowded, which makes the overall experience more comfortable and faster.
Dr Prashanth R did my mom’s cataract procedure. The process in Narayan Netralaya is streamlined like an assembly line. Once you enter, the billing counter guides you to which floor and counter. From then on the assembly line takes over. Yes there is waiting and crowds. But I that’s due to the volume of patients and the time the eye drops take to work. The staff in general are polite and helpful. My mother was happy with the procedure. I highly recommend coming with an attendant, thats mandatory.
SET UP IN Indhiranagar is good However too much crowded and looks like gvt.hospital where less in management. Everyone have to wait for atleaser 1-2hrs for the each test. Doctors consultation are Good. They have to avoid unnecessary scans to avoid bottle neck which is not necessary itseems. Lot of bottle necks that causes delay.
We visited Narayana Netralaya Indiranagar for cataract services and we consult Dr.Sanketh treated me for cataract and the services is excellent. The staff is very kind and reachable always for any support. The entire process from doctor consultation and fixing appointment through Counsellor Nandini till the surgery was very smooth. I do recommend this hospital to others.
I recently underwent cataract surgery performed by Dr. Prashant at Narayana Nethralaya and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Dr. Prashant was very professional, calm, and patient in explaining the complete procedure, lens options, risks, and expected outcomes before the surgery. This helped me feel confident and comfortable. The pre-surgery evaluation process was systematic and thorough. The surgery itself was smooth and painless. The hospital staff were supportive, well-trained, and attentive throughout the process. Post-operative care and follow-up instructions were clearly explained, and my vision improved significantly within a short time. The facilities at Narayana Nethralaya are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced technology. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Prashant and Narayana Nethralaya for anyone considering cataract surgery.
