We were asked to wait just for Dr Sujatha B to finish her chit chat with some staff..already when I requested tht we have another appointment at CMH.. Ethics is to be followed accordingly to me priority is ur patient..kindly follow the protocol,i can understand if its an emergency talk regarding anything related to other patients or OT..
I have been coming here for my regular eye check-ups, and every visit has been a good experience. The doctors take time to listen and provide clear guidance. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the waiting time is reasonable. I feel comfortable and well cared for each time. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such good service
I had an appointment scheduled for eye checkup on 22/01/2026 with Dr. Reshma Reddy, and as advised over the phone, we arrived at the hospital on time. However, the receptionist informed us that no doctors were available. This was shocking, especially because the executive who called had clearly assured us that even walk-ins were fine since multiple doctors were available. I’m unable to understand what changed within the one hour between the confirmation call and our arrival. I even took half a day off for this appointment, only for the visit to be completely wasted due to poor coordination and incorrect information. Patients’ time is valuable. I sincerely hope the hospital improves its communication and scheduling processes to avoid such issues in the future.
