Unlike the other hospital where we waited hours for a 10‑minute appointment, Lions told us to wait 20 minutes and called us exactly on time. Mamatha, the friendly and incredibly helpful cashier, guided us through every step with a warm smile and made our first visit completely stress‑free. We were in and out within 1½–2 hours.
