We recently had a wonderful experience at Nelson Luxe Mother & Child Care Hospital in Nagpur. The facility is impressively clean and hygienic, creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for both mother and baby. The Highlights The medical team is exceptionally professional and supportive. A massive shoutout to Dr. Raashmi Shinde and Dr. Shweta Bhandarkar—their expertise and care were invaluable. I truly appreciated how the doctors took the time to walk us through every treatment and procedure, ensuring we felt confident and well-informed at every step. The hospital also adds those special "extra miles" that make a difference: * Beautiful post-delivery room decorations. * A framed print of the baby’s footprints, which was a heartwarming gesture that made us feel incredibly welcome. Areas for Improvement While the medical care is top-tier, there are two operational areas that could be smoother: * Billing: They don't currently offer a direct cashless facility, though they are very efficient with providing the documentation needed for quick reimbursement. * Discharge: The process can be a bit slow and would benefit from being more streamlined. Overall Verdict: This is easily the best hospital in the region for maternity care.

We are extremely grateful to Dr. Rupal Choubey (Gynecologist) and Dr. Garima Mishra (Pediatrician) at Nelson Luxe Hospital, Nagpur. My wife delivered our baby girl earlier than the expected date after Dr. Rupal promptly identified certain abnormalities during a checkup and took quick, decisive action to ensure a safe delivery. Soon after birth, our newborn had some breathing difficulties, and Dr. Garima and her team handled the situation with exceptional care, skill, and compassion. She immediately took charge, explained everything clearly, and reassured us throughout. Thanks to her timely treatment and continuous monitoring, our baby recovered beautifully. We deeply appreciate both doctors — Dr. Rupal for her timely diagnosis and safe delivery, and Dr. Garima for her expert neonatal care and comforting presence. I must say Nelson Luxe is one of the best maternity hospitals in Nagpur. The doctors are caring, the staff is very supportive, and the facilities are modern. They really make you feel comfortable and safe during such an important time.

Very disappointing experience. I went to this hospital in an emergency situation, expecting immediate medical attention, but the doctor on duty simply refused to consult and told us to come back the next day, saying the regular consulting doctor was not available. In an emergency, patients cannot wait for “tomorrow.” A hospital that claims to provide mother & child care should be prepared to handle urgent cases at any time. There was no proper guidance, no alternative doctor, and no sense of urgency shown by the staff. This kind of response is unacceptable for a medical facility. I would not recommend this hospital for emergencies, as patient care and responsibility were clearly lacking.

We admitted my aunt at Nelson Luxe, and the overall experience was excellent. It is a true five-star maternity hospital in Nagpur with advanced facilities, polite staff, and caring doctors. The ambience and comfort provided made the whole journey stress-free.
