patient ki health k alawa ye baki sari baato ka sahi se dhyan rakhte hai, they fool customer by just spreading fake scenario about report , my brother was admitted here for 10 days they were treating him for the brain swelling but they avoid customer to see the CT Scan report, also when they discharge him, they did not give the CT Scan report to the customer, at the time of discharge all the equipment and medicine that you bought by your money would be vanished when you wake up on morning.staff is not responsible for their duties , my brother was lying since yesterday 7:00 pm till next day at 2:00 Pm none of the doctor came to see his conditiion. Dr. Raghvendra was busy doing OPD while patient waited till the next day to consult his problem. Dr Raghvendra is purely focus on 600 fees pateint and talk then for a minute while hospital pateint pays 2000 for the doctor fees and the doctor dont even come to see the pateint what the logic. haha services are so pathetic nurse dont know how to treat pateint and doctor avoid visiting to patients, aisa hai poori koshish ki jaati hai ki paetient ko chhuti na de taaki wo apne charges day by day badhaate rahe. ye theek lagta hai jab tak aap patient ko ache se dekhte ho lekin jab pateint ko dekhne aap 2 din tak nahi jaate to ye sab ek drama lagta hai .

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hospital. Improve your reporting process and staff accountability. This hospital is not followed any NABH, NABL, AERB guidelines. Very poor services. I don't recommend this hospital.

Dr. Raghavendra Gupta is not focus on patients only make money always. He will not guide and don't listen patients query. only write medicine that's enough

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The level of mismanagement is extremely high – patients are made to wait unnecessarily and there is no proper system in place. Many times, the staff members were not available at their duty stations, and even when they were present, they were careless and unprofessional. A hospital is supposed to provide care, support, and timely service, but here the environment felt disorganized and frustrating. Such negligence puts patients’ health at risk. I strongly urge the management to take immediate steps to improve staff discipline, punctuality, and overall hospital administration."
