The panacea multi super specialty hospital

I am shilpi rathore, and my mother was recently treated at panacea hospital . I'm extremely satisfied with the services and staff . The doctors and nurses provided excellent care and treatment and my mother has made a full recovery. I would like to thank Panacea Hospital for giving my mother a new lease on life. I had an amazing experience during my brother's treatment at this hospital. The DLX room was comfortable and. well-maintained, contributing to comfortable stay . The medical care provided was commendable and the healthcare professional were attentive and knowledgeable.Hence staff ensured a smooth and efficient experience.I appreciate the excellent care given to my brother during his treatment

My grandmother has been admitted here for many days, and I want to share my honest experience. The doctors are good and the treatment quality is satisfactory, but the hospital is extremely costly. One major issue is that doctors and staff do not give enough time to talk to attendants about the patient’s condition. The nursing staff is not very professional or well-trained, except for one night staff member who was supportive. The housekeeping staff is rude and unprofessional. They often argue with attendants, and they even had a physical fight among themselves one day. Whenever you request something, they just say “ho jayega” but it rarely gets done. Another serious concern is that some of my personal items went missing from my patient’s bedside table, and no one in the staff is taking responsibility for it. This is very disappointing and raises questions about the hospital’s management and security. Overall, the environment is not peaceful or comfortable for attendants. My suggestion: if you want a better environment and responsible staff, please consider another hospital.

Had surgery as planned with nice post op experience. Doctors visits were on time and explanatory and encouraging. Physiotherapy team was right to ensure pre and post op fitness. Nursing staff was very caring available immediately in need . Housekeeping staff responded properly. Food service is also good 😊
