Staff is well mannered and greeted with a smile. The place is clean and spacious. The entire process of a scan for my mother was fast and smooth. As far as the quality of reports and tests, as a non-medical person, we have to rely on the doctor's judgement. Overall, a good experience.

I was hoping to have good experience but frustration started when it took 40 minutes to get a call for billing. Then managing at every step is quite non-cordinated manner. There is lot of improvement opportunity needed.

My overall experience was good. All the staff members were well-behaved and very supportive. The maintenance and cleanliness of the facility were impressive. The only concern was that the waiting time for the test procedure was a bit longer than expected. Apart from that, everything was smooth. I would definitely visit again for future tests and would also recommend this place to others, as they have the latest and high-quality equipment.

Recently I just visited the diagonostic centre and I visited because I wanted to see the doctor However the staff who are working are least bothered about patients , being busy by themselves , just chitchatting, being rude have to wait for more that 1.hrs to just to see a doctor Even if we are asking how much time would take just least bothered also very unhygienic receiption There are flies mosquitos, the staff are actually least bothered always asking to make the payment then only they will speak to you
