My mother was admitted to Tulsi Hospital, Civil Lines on Sep 13 for a gall bladder stone operation. The doctor agreed to operate. After 3 days of paying for the room and medicines, they suddenly cancelled the surgery without a reason. Only when we took legal action did they admit the truth: they never had a surgeon available to perform this operation. They knowingly admitted her to charge us for hospital stays and medicines they knew would lead nowhere. This is unethical and a complete waste of money and time. I do not recommend this hospital. They cannot be trusted. Later in the name of discharge summary, they gave me the blood report.
It was a wonderful experience by the entire admin and facilities along with reception team . Even the doctors are so good and excellent in bringing back the patients to emotional and physical wel being . Keep it up the way u are .. Wish u all great success
