My mother was admitted to Tulsi Hospital, Civil Lines on Sep 13 for a gall bladder stone operation. The doctor agreed to operate. After 3 days of paying for the room and medicines, they suddenly cancelled the surgery without a reason. Only when we took legal action did they admit the truth: they never had a surgeon available to perform this operation. They knowingly admitted her to charge us for hospital stays and medicines they knew would lead nowhere. This is unethical and a complete waste of money and time. I do not recommend this hospital. They cannot be trusted. Later in the name of discharge summary, they gave me the blood report.
Very nice hospital for treatment and very kind staff and doctors are so polite and talented. Hospital is very clean and maintain very good hiegene... Overall best hospital for any type of illness
