Such a wonderful hospital with all the facilities one could ask for. All the facilities including the hygiene of rooms, proper food, the staff everything was top notch. A big appreciation for Dr. Manav Luthra because he is such a skilled doctor who is genuinely concerned about patient’s outcome. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Hina awasthi for her kindness and support. She was very polite, helpful, and made the entire process from registration to follow-up smooth and stress-free. Overall, Apollo Hospital maintains the highest standards of medical care and hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trusted healthcare services!

4 days wasted no results only degraded my results Condition of deluxe room for which we pay 9 k Worst

I recently visited Apollo Spectra Hospitals – Kanpur for my mother’s treatment. While the doctors and medical staff were professional, polite, and very supportive, the overall hospital facilities were extremely disappointing. The washrooms and general hygiene areas were in poor condition and not maintained properly. For a hospital, such lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and creates a very uncomfortable experience for patients and their families. The medical care was good, but the management really needs to improve the basic amenities and cleanliness standards.

I inquired from billing department before my operation. They said package for gallstone operation is rs 70000/_but after operation they made bill for rs 95000/_.Doctor and all staff is very good. But basic facilities in Appolo type hospital was not there.In executive room,there was no water in night,ac was not working. Room itself was not worthy for executive Room.Management should take note of it.Appolo hospital means all facilities should be there which I could not find there.Billing staff should be instructed accordingly.Therefore,I am rating this hospital as 3.Thanks.
