y poor service. I tried calling many times but no one answered the phone. For a medical centre, this is very unprofessional. Patients need proper support and communication.
Wrost path i have seen i have waited around 7 hours only for ultrasound In this man told me that my number is next after patients out from Ultrasound room.
All staff working very well behaviour is also very good
Very panthetic care of patience. Patience was admitted in updadhyay hospital which is 100 meters far from the this Lab and it was asked for the ultrasound to be done on 11 am and this lab send the person on 5 pm. After even visiting at 5 pm the patiences coming from the critical care in the hospital have to wait hours, there is no care of the patience, they are like hen in a poultry farm. Humble suggestion do avoid this place. Even the counter attendees are very ill mannered and doesn't konw how to talk to patience. And after the ultrasound there is no assigned person who can tske the patience to the ambulance . Everything is a struggle here Pls avoid this place 0 for punctuality 0 for patience care 0 for patience handleling 0 for staff mannes 0 for everything
