I, Shraddha Ojha, delivered a baby girl on 31 jan under the care of Dr. Ayushi Gupta ma’am. I am extremely happy and satisfied with her treatment. She is very cooperative, kind, helpful, and has a great personality. I am truly impressed with her care and guidance throughout my delivery. I stayed in the hospital for 5 days, and overall my experience was good. The nursing staff was generally very good, caring, and supportive. However, I would also like to mention that a few nursing staff members appeared lazy at times and did not attend to patients on priority. This was not a regular issue, but on some occasions I had to wait for nearly 2 hours, which was uncomfortable. All doctors were professional and supportive. Initially, the housekeeping services on the first day were not satisfactory, but after I informed HOD Sir Mr. Rajeev, he immediately took strict action. After that, all services improved and things went smoothly. On my last day, I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the behavior of an OT staff member named Saurabh. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Despite not being a senior staff member, he showed poor manners, ignored the patient—myself and my husband—and spoke in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. Such behavior from nursing staff reflects poorly on the hospital and is concerning for patient care standards. Additionally, instead of performing his own duties, he instructed housekeeping staff to do his work. He also unnecessarily delayed my waterproof dressing, and ultimately another nursing staff member had to complete the dressing. This delay caused me significant discomfort. This experience was disappointing and not in line with the level of care and professionalism expected from the hospital. I hope this matter will be looked into seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future. Apart from these concerns, the rest of the team was excellent. The food department staff was good, and the TPA team members, especially Nitin and Abhishek Bhaiya, were very helpful and supportive. One suggestion I would like to give is that during daily feedback collection, the hospital may also consider taking overall feedback of the patient’s complete stay. This could help in improving services further. Overall, my experience was positive, and I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the medical and support staff. I am especially thankful to Ayushi Ma’am for her care, support, and professionalism throughout my treatment. Her dedication made a significant difference to my experience, and I am very grateful to her.

My 5-day hospital stay was overall good. Doctors and most nursing staff were caring, though there were a few instances of delay (up to 2 to 3 hours) in patient attendance. Housekeeping on day 1 was not good, but after informing HOD Sir Mr. Rajeev, immediate improvement was seen. One OT staff member, Saurabh, behaved rudely and delayed my waterproof dressing, which was uncomfortable. Apart from this, food services and TPA staff, especially Nitin and Abhishek Bhaiya, were helpful. Suggestion: Along with daily feedback, overall stay feedback may also be taken.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Neha Upadhyay Shebis extremelly knowledgeable patient and truly listens to her patients concerns. She explained my conditon delevery treatment plan clearly making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the proces.... 😊😊
