Nursing staff were attentive, compassionate, and responsive. Doctors explained diagnosis and treatment clearly. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping staff ensured hygiene standards were maintained. Food quality was satisfactory and served on time. Security and support staff were courteous and professional. Things to improve: Dr. Visit after patient admission on their beds should be on time.
