I am extremely dissatisfied with the way the billing process was handled by the insurance team. There was absolutely no prior intimation provided to the patient regarding the billing charges, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Moreover, the behavior of the insurance staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Such conduct towards patients and their families is completely inappropriate and reflects very poorly on the organization. It is concerning that the staff appear to lack basic communication etiquette and customer-handling skills.Patients should not have to face this kind of experience during an already stressful time. The treatment provided by Dr. Madhavi to my wife was truly excellent. Her positivity, confidence, and calm approach made what was initially a complicated situation feel much easier and more manageable for our family.Special thanks to Dr. Raghunath for the wonderful care given to our baby. His attention and support were greatly appreciated.
