My father was admitted with severe leg swelling and diabetic foot. Dr. Chandrasekhar Sir is a fantastic doctor who took personal care of my father every single day. Dr. Ram Prasad Sir inspected the condition, provided valuable inputs regarding the surgery, advised pus removal, and suggested foot debridement. Dr. Jahnavi Madam performed the surgery successfully with great care. The Dietician Madam also visited every day and guided us patiently on the most suitable food plan for my father, which helped a lot in his recovery. We sincerely thank Dr. Chandrasekhar Sir, Dr. Ram Prasad Sir, Dr. Jahnavi Madam, and the Dietician Madam for their dedication and excellent treatment. I have a great experience in holistic hospital. Dr Srinivasulu, gastro enterologist doctor is very experienced and has treated me very well, took almost care. Treatment given was with lot of care and observation. Service, staff and equipments are advanced with lots of care. Felt safe throughout my stay at hospital, thank you so much for everything.

My son recently underwent surgery at this hospital. The doctor who treated him was very good, knowledgeable, and handled the surgery well. We are thankful for the medical care provided by the doctor. However, the overall hospital facilities were quite disappointing. The Pediatric ICU conditions were not satisfactory, and the emergency room had mosquitoes, which is very concerning in a hospital environment. The washrooms were also very unhygienic and had a strong unpleasant smell. Despite the doctor recommending that my son be shifted from ICU to a room, we were not provided one. The AC in the area did not function properly, and even the refrigerator provided for patients/attenders was not working. Another concern was the billing. Initially, the estimated cost was around ₹64,000, but the final bill came close to ₹90,000 without clear prior communication. I sincerely hope the hospital management focuses on improving hygiene, facilities, and transparency in billing. With the kind of money being charged, basic amenities like a functioning AC and refrigerator should not be an issue. I hope future patients and their families have a better experience.
